The lottery statutes are codified as Ark. Stat. Ann. §§41-3272 through 41-3277. Under our statutes you cannot sell or possess a lottery ticket in the State of Arkansas, however, I find no prohibition against a newspaper advertising or publishing advertising for a State lottery for another State.
