Disclosure is required at the time the fire insurance is written and at the time of reporting to the authorized agency. The purpose of this Bulletin is to notify insurers that the Department will not require them to submit for approval or Department acknowledgement any proposed disclosure forms or notices which are designed to comply with Section 3(d)(1) of Act 123 of 1981. 4.9/7 .
