The FAQs provide guidance to title insurance agent and agency licensees and other affected members of the title insurance industry. The Licensable Activities Chart addresses the issue of which employees and what activities within a title insurance agency require a license. The FAQs section may be updated as new issues develop; consequently, it will be helpful to check our Web site for updates.
