Pursuant to that request as of the close of business on March 8, 2013, AID was notified that at least three (3) major medical health plans and three (3) stand alone dental plans intended to participate in the inaugural year of the Marketplace. Accordingly, any health plan submitting an embedded qualified health plan will also be required to submit an identical qualified health plan that does not include the pediatric dental benefit.
