Filing of Property and Casualty Insurance Policies

In order to improve operational efficiency and prevent the need to assess a per form fee structure for property and casualty filings, the Department offers the following guidance. When an insurer submits any amendments or changes to policies or endorsements previously approved by the Department, please submit a red-lined version of the previously approved language and a memorandum or summary clearly identifying the changes as supporting documentation.
