ARKANSAS INSURANCE DEPARTMENT LEGAL DIVISION 1200 West Third Street Little Rock, AR 72201-1904 501-371-2820 FAX 501-371-2629 August 12, 1996 Bulletin 7-96 WORKERS’ COMPENSATION INSURANCE SCHEDULE RATING PLANS Effective October 1, 1996, the Arkansas Insurance Department is rescinding approval of all Workers’ Compensation Insurance Schedule Rating Plans in excess +/- 25.0%. It will be necessary for all insurance companies licensed to write Workers’ Compensation Insurance in Arkansas with an approved Schedule Rating Plan in excess +/- 25.0% to immediately make a filing with the Department amending their scheduled credits/debits to not more than +/- 25.0%. No fee will be required with this filing. This Bulletin is applicable to all new business written on or after October 1, 1996, and to all policies renewed on or after November 1, 1996.
