Code Ann. ยง23-63-515, as amended by Arkansas Act 454 of 1999. It has been brought to our attention that many domestic insurers subject to the Act are filing holding company registration statements on May 1st annually in other jurisdictions. Foreign registrants subject to Rule 15 are not subject to the annual refiling.
