It can only be used if the logger has a current certification issued by the Arkansas Timber Producers Association. This certification must be renewed annually. An annual inspection of the risk will be done by Arkansas Timber Producers Association and a new certification will be issued. In order to facilitate that process, all insurers issuing policies with Code 2719 for Arkansas are instructed to provide a notice to: Arkansas Timber Producers Association 2311 Biscayne Drive Suite 207 Little Rock, AR 72227 501-224-2232 This notice should include the name of the insured, address, telephone number, and renewal date of the policy.
