22 CAR § 100-101. Sustainable Building Design Revolving Loan Fund

(a) The following are the stated processes for application, review, award, and monitoring of the Sustainable Building Design Revolving Loan Fund and applicable agreements between the Building Authority Division and loan recipients. (b) These processes involve the revolving loan fund only. (c) The processes involving the solicitation, award, or monitoring of contracts involving contractors, vendors, design professionals, and other consultants shall be performed pursuant to federal and state laws, rules, and regulations. (d) The process associated with the Sustainable Energy-Efficient Buildings Program, Acts 2009, No. 1494, codified as Arkansas Code §§ 22-3-2001 — 22-3-2011, are under the jurisdiction of the Arkansas Energy Office of the Division of Environmental Quality.
