22 CAR § 10-103. Scope

(a) The Arkansas Energy Office promulgates this part: (1) For the implementation of energy-efficient measures in certain state buildings; and (2) To adopt building energy standards for energy efficiency and conservation in sustainable state building design. (b) The office will also develop educational and training guidelines for the various personnel that may be involved in implementation of energy measures required by this part.
