22 CAR § 111-605. Plan review submittals

(a) For projects subject to Building Authority Division approval, before a bid date is provided, these documents shall be reviewed and approved by the Design Review Section. (b) A designer who is properly licensed by the Division of Environmental Quality shall prepare the bid documents for asbestos abatement projects. (c) The designer’s license number must appear on the cover sheet for projects submitted for review.
