22 CAR § 112-314. Subcontractors’ bids

(a) The listing of subcontractors on the form of proposal shall be made pursuant to Arkansas Code § 22-9-204 and the bid documents. (b) The designated official as stated in 22 CAR § 112-309 shall verify the licenses of the applicable subcontractors listed.
