14 CAR § 1-1104. Projects for which grants may be obtained and applicants

(a) Projects eligible for grant funds must: (1) Carry out resource enhancement, restoration, or protection; and (2) Be new or in addition to those in which a district is currently involved. (b) Projects intended to replace existing programs are not eligible for grant funding. (c) Only conservation districts may make application for assistance under this subpart.
