22 CAR § 512-503. Delivery of guarantees, bonds, maintenance manuals. Upon completion of the work and before final payment will be authorized, the contractor shall furnish to the design professional the contractor’s one-year acceptance warranty, bonds, roof warranties, termite inspection, maintenance and operation manuals and operation training, air balance data, shop drawings, catalog data, as-built record reproducible prints, and other documents called for in the specifications for review and approval prior to the transmission to the department.
