14 CAR § 1-1204. Available funding

(a) The Department of Agriculture will from time to time make funds available for the education and information program to the districts operating the local program. (b) The source of the funds may be, but is not limited to, water use reporting fees collected pursuant to Arkansas Code § 15-22-913 and 15 CAR pts. 20 and 21.
