14 CAR § 1-804. Distribution of operating funds

(a) After approval of a conservation district's operating plan, operating funds will be distributed as often as quarterly, starting in July. (b) The Department of Agriculture may withhold operating funds from any district that fails to submit required reports, including the annual operating plan. (c) The department may also withhold funds from districts that fail to meet deadlines for administration of department programs, including water use reporting.
