14 CAR § 1-907. Program accounting

(a)(1) A district shall follow the standardized chart of accounts established by the Department of Agriculture. (2) All money received by the district shall be credited to the applicable accounts. (b) Districts shall issue all required Internal Revenue Service forms to contractors and cooperators.
