23 CAR § 108-102. Applicability and scope

This part shall apply to the: (1) Qualifications of agents who sell modified guaranteed annuity contracts in this state; (2) Qualification of insurers who issue such contracts; (3) Required contract form and provisions for issue of such coverage in this state; and (4) Manner in which separate account assets, supporting such issued contracts, are to be maintained and reported.
