23 CAR § 111-101. Scope

(a) 23 CAR §§ 111-103 – 111-107 apply to insurers and insurance producers involved in the replacement of preneed insurance as defined in 23 CAR § 111-103. (b) 23 CAR § 111-103 and 23 CAR §§ 111-106 – 111-113 apply to all persons engaged in the business of selling prepaid funeral benefits contracts under the Arkansas Prepaid Funeral Benefits Law, Arkansas Code § 23-40-101 et seq., as amended.
