23 CAR § 122-102. Applicability and scope

This part shall apply to all persons engaged in the business of selling prepaid funeral benefits contracts under the Arkansas Prepaid Funeral Benefits Law, Arkansas Code § 23-40-101 et seq., as amended by Acts 1995, No. 852.
