23 CAR § 130-110. Penalties

An insurer or its officers, directors, producers, or employees that violate any of the provisions of this part or knowingly participate in or abet such violation shall be subject to: (1) A fine up to one thousand dollars ($1,000) for each violation; and (2) Suspension or revocation of its certificate of authority or license.
