23 CAR § 146-114. Provisions in this part applicable to all healthcare payors

Any language in the provisions of this part referring to or referencing requirements of an insurer, a healthcare insurer, or a health maintenance organization shall include health benefit plans issued or delivered by a healthcare payor to residents of this state as permitted by state or federal law.
