23 CAR § 147-116. Operational requirements of self-funded MEWAs

The application, formation, financial, and reporting requirements in this part, 23 CAR §§ 147-105 – 147-115, or as modified annually at renewal, shall be maintained at all times during the active operations of a self-funded MEWA unless otherwise permitted under state or federal law.
