23 CAR § 147-118. Suspension, revocation, or limitation of certificate of authority for self-funded MEWAs and other remedies

The Insurance Commissioner may suspend, revoke, or limit the certificate of authority of a multiple-employer welfare arrangement if the commissioner finds, after notice and hearing, that the multiple-employer welfare arrangement does not meet the requirements of this part.
