14 CAR § 21-202. Submission of experimental systems

(a)(1) Submission of proposed experimental onsite wastewater systems may be approved, disapproved, or approved on a trial basis for a specific period of time. (2) Such approval or disapproval shall be at the sole discretion of the Department of Health. (b) Submission of an experimental design shall include design data as to the efficiency of operation of the proposed experimental system. (c) A monitoring plan shall be submitted for approval in addition to the system design.
