23 CAR § 22-112. Third-party administrators

(a) All new applicants for registration as a third-party administrator (TPA) and all previously registered TPAs shall pay the following filing and processing fee for issuance/renewal of each certificate of registration, in addition to: (1) All other registration fees imposed by Arkansas Code § 23-92-201 et seq.; (2) Other fees addressed in this part; or (3) Fees imposed under other sections of Arkansas law. (b) The fees imposed under this section and any others as required shall accompany the TPA application for the initial registration or renewal.
