23 CAR § 302-207. Net worth

(a) A money transmitter applicant or licensee must demonstrate and maintain net worth calculated at ten thousand dollars ($10,000) for every one million dollars ($1,000,000) of total company-wide money transmission, payment instrument, and stored value dollar volume during the prior calendar year. (b) The minimum net worth is fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) and the maximum required amount is one million dollars ($1,000,000).
