23 CAR § 302-921. Commencement of contested case — Recordings of hearings

(a) All hearings shall be recorded either stenographically or electronically. (b) The Securities Commissioner shall serve notice upon the State Securities Department and all parties of receipt of the certified transcript. (c) Any party may request a copy of the transcript from the court reporter and such copy shall be made available to any party upon payment of the cost of the transcript.
