23 CAR § 320-2602. Court reporter required

(a) The Bank Commissioner requires that the bank arrange for a court reporter to be present to transcribe the proceedings of the commissioner’s fairness hearing. (b) The bank is responsible for the fees and costs of the court reporter and transcript of the proceedings.
