23 CAR § 331-101. Officers of associations

(a) All officials of burial associations must be members of the association of which they are officers. (b) In the event a person holds office in more than one (1) association, he or she is required to hold membership in each association of which he or she is an officer. (c) Total benefits which may be paid to such officer shall not exceed two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500).
