23 CAR § 331-124. Reinstatement of membership

(a) A member who has permitted his or her membership to lapse, for no longer than a period of forty-eight (48) months, may be reinstated for good cause as determined by the secretary/treasurer. (b) In such case, the assessments or dues in arrears must be paid. (c) Otherwise, the member shall be written at the new rate at his or her attained age.
