23 CAR § 331-127. Agent applications

Applications to the State Board of Embalmers, Funeral Directors, Cemeteries, and Burial Services for an agent’s license must be: (1) Filled out; (2) Signed before a notary public by the applicant and an officer of the association; and (3) Accompanied by the statutory fee.
