23 CAR § 331-146. Annual license fees

(a) The annual fee of six hundred dollars ($600) will be due with the annual report. (b) Annual membership fees based on the total actual membership count as of December 31 will be twenty cents ($0.20) per member and will be due with the annual report. (c) Annual membership fees are considered to be a component of the annual license fee.
