23 CAR § 350-104. Control and supervision of raffles and bingo games

(a) The Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration shall administer Acts 2007, No. 388, under the provisions of the Arkansas Tax Procedure Act, Arkansas Code § 26-18-101 et seq.
