23 CAR § 355-1004. Maintenance and testing

(a) The franchise holder shall be responsible to ensure that any malfunction of surveillance equipment shall be immediately repaired or replaced with a working unit. (b)(1) If immediate replacement is not possible, alternative live monitoring must be provided by the franchise holder’s personnel. (2) Otherwise, gaming in the unmonitored area or areas of the franchise holder must immediately cease.
