23 CAR § 355-1308. On/off switch

(a) An on/off switch that controls the electrical current shall be located in a place which is readily accessible within the interior of the machine so that power cannot be disconnected from outside of the machine using the on/off switch. (b) The on/off positions of the switch shall be labeled.
