23 CAR § 355-1312. Power surges

(a) The EGS shall not be adversely affected, other than resets, by surges or dips of plus twenty percent (20%) of the supply voltage. (b) It is acceptable for the equipment to reset provided no damage to the equipment or loss or corruption of data occurs.
