23 CAR § 355-1317. Video monitors/touchscreens

Games that have video monitors must meet the following rules, as applicable: (1) Touch screens (if applicable) shall be accurate, and once calibrated, shall maintain that accuracy for at least the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance period; (2) A touch screen (if applicable) should be able to be recalibrated by venue staff without access to the EGS cabinet other than opening the main door; and (3) There shall be no hidden or undocumented buttons/touch points (if applicable) anywhere on the screen, except as provided for by the game rules that affect game play.
