14 CAR § 5-301. Unpaved Roads Program Stakeholder Advisory Committee

(a) The Department of Agriculture shall form a committee to serve the department in an advisory role. (b) The committee shall: (1) Review and rank grant applications and provide evaluations to the department; and (2) Provide technical expertise in the subject matters of unpaved roads, including, but not limited to: (A) Construction methods and technologies; (B) Sediment abatement methods; (C) Conservation of: (i) Land; (ii) Soil; and (iii) Water; (D) Watershed management; (E) Road system assessment; (F) Fisheries; and (G) Aquatic biology.
