23 CAR § 355-1918. Copy protection

Copy protection to prevent unauthorized proliferation or modification of software, for servers or clients, may be implemented provided that the method of copy protection is fully documented and provided to the third party independent test laboratory and the Arkansas Racing Commission, which will verify that the protection works as described.
