23 CAR § 357-610. Minus pool

(a) In the event of a minus pool, the deficiency shall be absorbed by the breaks accruing for that day. (b) In the event the breaks accruing for that day are not sufficient to absorb such minus pool, the remaining deficiency will be borne solely by the franchise holder.
