23 CAR § 358-513. Reserve requirements

In addition to the reserve required by this part, and other requirements that may be imposed by this part, the operator shall maintain cash in the sum of the following: (1) Twenty-five percent (25%) of the total amount of authorized players’ funds held in interactive gaming accounts, excluding those funds that are not redeemable for cash; and (2) The full amount of any progressive jackpots related to interactive gaming.
