23 CAR § 358-519. Advertising and promotions

(a) An operator, including its employees or agents, shall be truthful and nondeceptive in all aspects of its interactive gaming advertising and promotions. (b) An operator which engages in any promotion related to interactive gaming shall clearly and concisely explain the terms of the promotion and adhere to such terms.
