23 CAR § 370-103. Authority of director

The Director of the Office of the Arkansas Lottery may: (1) Contract with retailers for the sale of lottery games and shares; (2) Establish a communication or line fee if determined to be a necessary business expense; (3) Investigate and conduct hearings pursuant to a retailer dispute; (4) Establish procedures for the collection of and penalties of retailer accounts; (5) Set fidelity fund and bond amounts for retailers; and (6) Take any other action necessary to carry out and implement the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery Act, § 23-115-101 et seq., and any other rule, procedure, directive, or order promulgated or issued by the Office of the Arkansas Lottery.
