23 CAR § 370-205. Prohibitions

An applicant shall not provide a gift or compensation to:
(1) The Director of the Office of the Arkansas Lottery;
(2) An Office of the Arkansas Lottery member;
(3) An office employee; or
(4) The immediate family member of:
(A) The director;
(B) An office member; or
(C) An office employee.
