23 CAR § 371-207. Price

(a) Unless authorized to do so in writing by the Director of the Office of the Arkansas Lottery, a person shall not sell a ticket or share at a price other than established by the director. (b) The director may designate its agents or employees to sell or give lottery games or shares directly to the public.
