23 CAR § 371-509. Conflicting information or discrepancies

(a) If there is conflicting information or discrepancies between the names on a winning lottery ticket or share and the names on a claim form, the Office of the Arkansas Lottery may withhold prize payment until the conflicting information is resolved to the office’s satisfaction. (b) Discrepancies include but are not limited to names or addresses scratched out or erased, or unreadable, or altered names or addresses. (c) If there is a determination that more than one (1) claimant is entitled to a particular lottery prize, the sole remedy of the claimants is the award to each of them of an equal share in the lottery prize.
