23 CAR § 373-101. Purpose and scope

(a) The purpose of this part is to prescribe the process concerning the consideration of claims in contract or in tort against the Office of the Arkansas Lottery. (b) This part applies to all contracts entered into with the office and are issued pursuant to the authority vested in the office under Arkansas Code §§ 23-115-207 and 23-115-208.
