23 CAR § 43-504. Additional exceptions

(a) The requirements in 23 CAR § 43-201 et seq., and 23 CAR § 43-301 et seq., pertaining to adjudicative actions and investigations shall not apply to the activities or practices of the: (1) Public Employee Claims Division of the State Insurance Department; (2) Criminal Investigation Division of the State Insurance Department; (3) Government Bonding Board; and (4) Liquidation Division of the State Insurance Department. (b) Instead, the specific statute or statutes or rule or rules governing the activities or practices of those divisions or boards shall apply.
