23 CAR § 461-109. Annual reporting requirements

(a) By May 1 annually, each electric and gas utility shall file an annual report addressing the performance of all approved conservation and energy efficiency programs.
(b) The report shall:
(1) Present the:
(A) Results of the prescribed EM&V measures for each program;
(B) EM&V measures for the utility’s portfolio;
(C) Amounts spent on each conservation and energy efficiency program; and
(D) Total amounts spent on all programs; and
(2) Include a measure of each program’s savings.
